Acceptance of terms

AttractionMap is operated by Oops Lab LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use of the service

AttractionMap gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service as these terms allow. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account, scrape or bulk-export the map, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Beta availability and coverage

AttractionMap is currently in beta, with initial attraction coverage focused on Florida. Coverage is incomplete, and attraction information, photos, opening hours, access, and available features can change. Verify important details with the attraction before visiting.

Nearby distances are straight-line estimates, not driving distances. Route previews may be unavailable; use Open Maps to request directions from your chosen maps application. AttractionMap does not provide turn-by-turn navigation. Plan stops while parked or ask a passenger to use the app.

User content

You are responsible for any content you submit to the application, including attraction information, photos, and descriptions. You must ensure you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Oops Lab LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service. Approved attraction information and photos may remain on the public map without your account identity after account deletion. You may request removal by emailing dev@oopslab.ai.

Prohibited uses

Do not submit illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, spam, or rights-infringing content. Do not publish another person’s private information, impersonate someone, or intentionally submit a false or unsafe attraction location.

Moderation and reporting

New attractions and suggested updates may be reviewed before publication. We may correct structured attraction information, reject or remove content, and restrict accounts when needed for safety, accuracy, legal compliance, or service integrity. To report objectionable content, abuse, or an intellectual-property concern, tap Report this attraction at the bottom of the attraction's details or email dev@oopslab.ai with the attraction name and location.

Safety and liability

Travel and outdoor activities involve risks. Check current access rules, opening hours, weather, and local conditions before visiting. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using attractions found through this application.

Disclaimer

The information in this application is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our application and its use.

Modifications

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
